This short cycling route will take you through the outermost northwestern part of the Krapina-Zagorje County, known for its 140-year-old tradition of glass making, the Municipality of Hum na Sutli (Hum on the river Sutla). Besides many beautiful views, you will also enjoy the interchange of playful hills and shady valleys and the river Sutla that flows by the border crossing. If this route is too short for you, you can, if you want, combine it with the neighboring cycling routes and make some more kilometers of the ride.

From the center of Hum na Sutli 1 start riding to the east and ride carefully because of the increased traffic on the first part of the route, up to 3,5 km from the start. At the Y intersection 2, turn right onto the road with less traffic. A slight ascent follows towards Klenovec Humski. After intersection, on the right side, a forest path branches off and leads to the ruins of the medieval city of Vrbovec. Be sure to visit it, because you will have enough time for the rest of the route. Continue riding down the asphalted road. After 4,2 km, in the center of Klenovec, at the Y intersection 3, continue to the left passing by the markets and taverns. The road straightens its direction quite soon and then you must continue riding through the picturesque landscape surrounded by preserved nature. Soon you will pass by the wine-cellar Bodren and afterwards, at the T intersection 4 (7 km from start), turn right and continue riding to the west through the small valley that sometimes reminds of much larger alpine valleys. You will slowly reach Druškovec Humski with the tourist farm Humska klet, very suitable for break and refreshment. Continue riding to the Y intersection 5 (9,6 km from start), turn left and after 250 meters, at the next Y intersection, turn right and start ascending towards the country house Govedić, today the Chapel of St. Michael. Before descending towards Hum na Sutli, many wonderful and large belvederes awaits you along the way. At the intersection 6 (12,5 km from start) next to the church of St. John turn right and at the next intersection turn left. The descending section of the route begins here and leads to Hum na Sutli where this short, but sweet cycling route ends after 15 km of the ride.

1. Center of Hum na Sutli (Hum on the river Sutla). Start riding to the east. Be careful on the busy road for the first 3,5 km.
2. Y intersection. Turn right and continue down the road with less traffic.
3. Y intersection. Keep left next to the tavern and the market.
4. T intersection. Turn right and continue towards Druškovec Humski.
5. Y intersection. Turn left.
6. Y intersection. Turn right slightly downhill.
