The cycling route begins in the center 1 of Zlatar, where you must take the Varaždinska Street towards north and the village of Martinšćina. The road from here is peaceful. Pass through the village of Borkovec to the Y intersection 2 (2,3 km from start) with crucifix, where you must turn left towards Martinšćina. Soon you will pass by the manor Jelačić. Continue towards north with a view of Ivanščica. You will pass through the village of Ratkovec and after a slight ascent, you will reach the village of Martinšćina. In the center of Martinšćina 3 (5,8 km from start), there is the church of St. Martin. At the Y intersection keep right and continue uphill. To the left, the road leading to the peak of Ivanščica branches off.

After Martinšćina, continue riding down the picturesque roads towards the village of Belec. At the Y intersection 4 (9 km from start), turn left and go through the village of Gornja Batina where, at the intersection 5, after the bridge, you must keep left. Soon you will reach Belec and come to the church of Sv. Marija Snježna (Our Lady of the Snows), where you can rest. Afterwards, you can expect some up- and downhill rides, and then you will reach Završje Belečko, where at the intersection 6 (15 km from start) with shrine, you must follow the main road. Soon you will arrive to the Y intersection 7 (16,6 km from start), where you must turn right onto a macadam road. Caution, the intersection can be easily missed.

The route continues down a good macadam road. You will pass by the castle Rukavina and in the village of Mezaki, the macadam road ends. Continue riding down a beautiful and peaceful road through the valley. Pass through the village of Pomperovec, where at the intersection 8 (20 km from start) with the Chapel of St. John the Baptist, you must turn right. Soon you will arrive to the intersection 9 with the main road. Continue right towards Gornja Konjščina. The ride is very peaceful and interesting, especially in the spring and fall. At the intersection 10 (22,8 km from start), keep left. Near the intersection, there are the remains of the manor Valun. Continue through the village of Kosovečko to the intersection 11 (28,4 km from start), where you must carefully turn left towards the center of Konjščina. Here you can rest and refresh, and be sure to visit the renovated old city of Konjščina.

At the intersection 12 (29,3 km from start) first turn right, and then again right towards the village of Poljanica Bistrička. The next section of the road is also peaceful, without a lot of traffic, and it will lead you to Marija Bistrica. Just before the entrance into the village of Poljanica Bistrička, you will come across an ascent that ends at the intersection 13 (34,8 km from start), where you must keep left. Continue riding down the wonderful ridge road and start slowly descending towards Marija Bistrica. After 37,4 km from start, you will reach the center 14 of Marija Bistrica, i.e., the square in front of the Shrine of Majka Božja Bistrička (Our Lady of Bistrica). This is a great place for rest and refreshment. From the square, continue along the Kralj Tomislav Street to the intersection 15, keep right and continue along the Kolodvorska Street towards Zlatar Bistrica. The road from here is a bit busier, so pay attention to your safety.

In Zlatar Bistrica, at the intersection 16 (44 km from start), continue carefully straight forward along the Zagorska Street towards Zlatar. You will pass through the village of Komiši with the manor Rauver, which is in pretty bad shape. After 49 km from start, you will reach the center of Zlatar, where the cycling route ends.
