Experience Zagorje

in a special way

Cycling routes lead through the peaceful nature and offer you to experience the Hrvatsko Zagorje region in a special way.

About cyclotourism

Numerous hills with old wooden homes and vinedresser’s huts are true oases of peace, while the calming and pristine nature represents a true lure for the tourists. Descent from the main roads leads you to the natural idyll that offers a fairy tale at hand. More or less demanding cycling routes were designed to offer a step back from the stress of everyday life. The cycling tourism adventure will take you through the Zagorje mystical historical stories, numerous castles, gardens and baroque churches up to the relaxing hot springs. Outdoor activities will further inspire you to explore the local wine and cuisine.

Come and experience the Zagorje fairy tale on a bike!

Our bicycle routes

In addition to six national and cross-border routes as well as 22 routes of county importance in Krapina-Zagorje County, there are many local bicycle routes which are also attractive, but due to their smaller length they are generally not demanding and therefore suitable for short cycling excursions.
